Everything you need to know about our service agreement

Oop Scoop offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services throughout Delaware and Cecil County, Maryland.
- We operate 7 days a week, from 7:30 AM to dark
- You'll receive a text notification about 60 minutes before we arrive
- Service days and pricing may vary based on your region and demand
- We offer weekly and every-other-week (biweekly) service plans
Your Obligations
To ensure smooth service, we need you to:
- Provide accurate contact, payment, and service location information
- Make sure we can access your yard during scheduled service times
- Let us know if gate codes, pets, yard conditions, or hazards change
- Follow local waste and pet ownership regulations
Payment & Billing
- Recurring services are billed on the 1st of each month
- Payment is required before services are rendered
- Monthly pricing reflects 4.33 weeks of service
- Late payments incur a $10 fee
- Service may be paused if your balance is unpaid
Initial Cleanup Policy
Your first cleanup is on us when you sign up for weekly or biweekly service.
If your yard has excessive waste buildup or has been neglected for an extended period, there may be a one-time cleanup fee to get you caught up. We'll always confirm pricing with you before we start.
Weather Policy
We show up rain or shine. But in rare cases of unsafe conditions (severe storms, lightning, etc.), we may need to skip a visit for safety.
- If we skip due to weather, we'll do a double cleanup on your next visit if capacity allows
- Billing continues normally since waste still accumulates during missed visits
- We always communicate with you if there's a change to your scheduled service
Holiday Policy
We take off for these holidays to spend time with our families:
If your service falls on one of these days, we'll reschedule or do a double cleanup on your next visit.
Access Policy
- If we can't get into your yard, we'll skip the visit and try to reschedule
- If access is blocked multiple times, we'll need updated instructions to continue service
- Gate codes are stored securely and only used for service access
- We send a photo of your locked gate when we leave so you know everything is secure
Pet Policy
We love dogs β that's why we do this! But we need to stay safe while we work.
- Aggressive or protective animals must be secured during service
- If we feel unsafe, we'll skip the visit and try again with a double cleanup next time
- Friendly dogs are welcome to hang out while we work
Communications & Messaging
By giving us your phone number, you agree to receive:
- Service notifications β arrival alerts, billing reminders, access issues, route changes
- Marketing messages β occasional offers, updates, and tips
- Both automated and manual messages from Oop Scoop

Legal, Liability & Conduct
- We're not liable for delays caused by events outside our control (weather, emergencies, etc.)
- Satisfaction guarantee: If you're not happy with a cleanup, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right
- Repeated policy violations may result in service termination
- We reserve the right to update these terms as needed
