We needed service due to having a dog in our yard for 3 months and no pickup performed. . I reached out to this company and Jesse, the owner, immediately contacted me. He provided detailed explanations and pricing of the services and scheduled me within 48 hours. When he came out he was prompt and took care of everything in a timely manner. He even cut our lawn for us since he didn't see a mower. Though customer service seems to be a lost art, this is a company that knows what it means to make a customer feel valued. I recommend Jessee hands down and will use his service again.

I was originally contemplating between two businesses and the reviews are what drew me to call Oop Scoop first. The moment Jessee answered the phone he had me sold. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. It felt like I was speaking to someone I already knew. He put me on the schedule last minute and communicated with me clearly the day of service. My dog did not let out one bark the entire time he came to do his job and that’s not like her. She must believe I made the right choice too lol

Hired Oop Scoop about 2 months ago. We have 3 dogs. This man does an awesome job! I love being in my yard gardening and general maintenance but hate cleaning up after the dogs. I strongly recommend him!

He went over and beyond. Always makes sure he even moves the leaves out of the way as to make sure he doesn't miss a spot. Even nice enough to blow off my drive way. I had a contract with a different poop scoop service in the past and they never moved leaves out of the way. They would simply state that if you had any bit of leaves on your property that won't clean that area of the yard. Needless to say I canceled my contract with them. I am so thankful that God has thrown oops scoops my way. Due to health reasons I am unable to clean up after my fur baby but now I no longer have to worry. Thanks
