When you have multiple big dogs and a schedule as busy as mine (yes, YOU TOO!), "cleaning up" can fall by the wayside - that's not good when you host get-togethers in your backyard!? Well, Jesse and Oop Scoop has been a Godsend, let me tell you! I have been using Oop Scoop now for about 5 months or so and I don't even know I managed without them before. Jesse and his team are professional, timely, AND (big one here) fantastic communicators! It's the little things - like getting a text to let me know they're on their way in case my dogs are outside. He provided detailed explanations and pricing of the services and scheduled me within 48 hours. When he came out he was prompt and took care of everything in a timely manner.
