We’ve just sent you an email confirmation along with your login information for the client portal. Our team will also contact you to confirm your details and schedule your start date!


Payment Details

We’ve given you the option to select “pay by check” at signup to make things easier and reduce friction as you get started with us. This lets us begin your service right away and gives you a chance to get to know our team.

That said, Oop Scoop does require a card on file through the client portal to continue service. We understand that sometimes clients prefer to test the waters or have questions before setting up billing — but a card on file is necessary to keep your service active beyond your initial start.

  • Your first cleanup is FREE, and at that time you’ll be charged for the remainder of the current month.

  • Standard billing begins on the 1st of each month for ongoing services.

  • Invoices are always available in the client portal for your convenience.


Service Reminders

  • If you’re not home during your service, no problem!

  • Our team will complete the cleanup and provide you with both an arrival and leave confirmation, including a photo of your locked gate for peace of mind.
