Field Technician

Job Summary
As a Field Technician, you’ll help keep yards and outdoor spaces clean by providing top-notch pet waste removal services. This role involves traveling to customer locations, ensuring thorough cleanups, and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Quality Assurance
Follow a daily service route, ensuring all scheduled properties are serviced.
Locate and remove pet waste using company-provided tools (scoopers, rakes, disposal bins).
Double-check service areas for thoroughness before leaving each property.
Apply deodorizing treatments when included in a customer’s service package.
Customer Interaction
Greet customers professionally if they are present during service.
Address specific customer concerns noted in service records.
Provide service confirmations or brief updates if requested.
Reporting & Documentation
Log service details in the company’s customer management system.
Report service issues or customer complaints to the Field Supervisor promptly.
Maintain records of equipment usage and maintenance.
Equipment & Safety
Use all tools and equipment according to company training and safety protocols.
Clean and maintain tools after each shift; report necessary repairs.
Follow all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
No prior experience required — training provided.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Work Environment
Field-based position requiring travel to customer locations.
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions year-round.
Physical labor required, including bending, lifting, and walking.

Job Summary
Oop Scoop and BRANDSHAPE are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with strong content creation and video editing skills. This is an intermediate-level role — not entry-level.
The position is remote-first with occasional in-person collaboration for filming days. We’ll provide you with the necessary equipment (camera, mic, tripod, lighting) and a company laptop so you can focus on creating without worrying about setup costs.
You’ll primarily manage Oop Scoop’s online presence and also support BRANDSHAPE’s other client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Video Production
Plan and manage monthly content calendars (posts, stories, and videos).
Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Edit long-form YouTube videos with professional storytelling flow.
Design branded visuals and graphics when needed.
Platform Management
Schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
Optimize video titles, tags, and descriptions for maximum SEO impact.
Community Engagement
Respond to DMs, comments, and reviews.
Build authentic relationships with followers and local audiences.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, video views, and leads.
