What is Oop Scoop?
Oop Scoop is a professional pooper scooper and pet odor deodorizing service. We serve families across Delaware and Maryland with clean, reliable service.
What areas do you service?
We service all of Delaware and parts of Maryland including Newark, Middletown, North East, and surrounding areas.
Are you insured?
Yes. Oop Scoop is fully insured and committed to professionalism, safety, and consistent care.
💩 Poop Scooping
What do you do during a poop scoop visit?
We walk the entire yard, scoop all visible dog waste, double-bag it, and leave it in your trash or haul away if requested. We also sanitize our tools and lock your gate.
Do I need to be home?
Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, we’ll handle everything. You’ll get a completion photo and service update afterward.
Do you clean up after multiple dogs?
Yes. We service homes with one or more dogs. Our prices adjust based on number of dogs and frequency of service.
🌿 Yard Deodorizing
What is yard deodorizing?
We use a pet-safe, kid-safe product called Yard Odor Destroyer that neutralizes dog urine and poop smells. It’s sprayed evenly across your yard.
Is it safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Our deodorizing spray is non-toxic and safe for pets, kids, and lawns. It dries fast and smells fresh.
How often should I get deodorizing?
We recommend monthly deodorizing or pairing it with every scoop visit for best results in high-traffic or multi-dog yards.
💳 Billing
How does billing work?
We offer monthly billing for weekly or biweekly services. You can save with quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing plans.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer 10% off for quarterly billing and 15% off for semi-annual or annual billing. All new clients also get a FREE initial cleanup (not available for one-time or monthly cleanups).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, we just ask for a heads-up so we can update our route. There’s no contract for regular service.
🚨 Service Day & Support
How will I know when you’re coming?
You’ll get a 60-minute SMS notification when we’re on our way. We’ll also send a photo and update after each visit.
What if I need to skip a day?
Just message us the day before and we’ll reschedule or pause your visit. No problem.
Do you skip bad weather?
We scoop in most conditions, but will reschedule if there’s lightning, flooding, or unsafe terrain.
🏡 Property & Setup
What if my gate is locked?
We’ll ask for access instructions at signup. If we can’t get in, we’ll contact you immediately.
Do you scoop in the front and side yard too?
Yes — we scoop every part of your property you include in your plan.
🐾 Pet Owner
Can my dog be outside during service?
Only if your dog is friendly and not a flight risk. Otherwise, we ask that pets stay inside during visits.
Do you clean your tools?
Yes — we sanitize all equipment and shoes with kennel-grade disinfectant between every visit.

Do you have any current specials?
We run seasonal promotions, offer referral rewards, and have a new client free cleanup special. Check our Facebook, Instagram, or join our email list to stay updated.
What’s the refer-a-friend program?
Refer a friend and you’ll both get $25 off your next invoice. Just make sure they mention your name at signup!
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Scoop service makes a great gift for pet parents. Contact us to send a digital or physical gift card.
